|Recommended: YesBeautiful, modern, and safe place to live — I feel extremely lucky to live here. The apartments are clean and modern. The secured building and contracted security service provide me with peace of mind. Having a park right out the back door is wonderful for children and pets. Lastly, almost everything you could ever need is within walking distance.

|Recommended: YesParkside lofts is an enjoyable and safe place to live — I would tell them it's unfortunate that the bike garage has had multiple break-ins and that I have to store my bike elsewhere but that inside the building feels and seems safe. I enjoy the high ceilings gym patio and community room. I made a new friend across the way.

|Recommended: YesGreat option, but with some compromises. — I would rate 5 stars overall due do cleanliness, location, and friendly neighbors. However, the lack of AIR CONDITIONING makes living here uncomfortable in the summer months, with temps reaching 85 degrees in my apartment during the day and nothing you can do about it except open up your main door to the hallway which is air-conditioned. Didn't know this until move-in by the way, would have been nice to know ahead of time, didn't think I would have to ask considering A C is standard in every apartment I've ever stayed in.

and I have really enjoyed it. One of the staff members has taken the time to get to know our names and goes out of her way to make sure we are being taken care of. Being here during the summer time is the best because we are right next to a little park where they have events. Overall I am really glad we chose to live here

|Recommended: NoInadequate sound insulation — I've had consistent problems with noise sound reverberating through the ceiling from the apartment above mine, and I'm talking about just the noise of someone walking around through their space. Every footstep my upstairs neighbor takes literally vibrates through my studio, rattling the doors to my closet and sometimes my ceiling fan. I've been kept awake or woken up in the night due to the sounds of footsteps stomping overhead. I think it must be an inherent fault of the building's construction, because I often had this issue with the previous tenant as well as the current one, and both of them seemed to have experienced similar problems with their respective neighbors, too. When I move, it will be 100 because of the lack of quality sleep due to noise issues.
|Recommended: YesReview — Overall as a single female I always felt safe at parkside. I never struggled to find parking. I also loved how well insulated the units are. The biggest down fall was my terrible upstairs neighbors who stomped and jumped around at 3 am
|Recommended: YesMy Home at Parkside Lofts — This is an exemplary exceptionally maintained property. I have to say the staff's level of customer service is remarkable. They have always treated me in a sincerely warm welcoming manner. In every aspect this is a comfortable place to settle and where I have happily made my home.
|Recommended: YesQuiet Sceanic Property — If you're looking for a quiet building, but close to everything - this might be your new home. Staff is prompt and friendly. Great units for young professionals.
