|Recommended: YesGreat to Live, Needs a Few Improvements — I love the space because it fits the price. I honestly wish we could have a hot tub or pool area or both especially for those of us that work long hours and would love to enjoy the time off at home. I for one work a really labor intensive job and have back issues and the showers don't cut it. Decent pressure but I'd love to sit down in a hot tub after a long day at work and don't want to go all the way to Portland. Speaking of the showers they are a bit small but I do live in a studio unit so I guess it fits but maybe a little more space. Also maybe some carpeting on the living quarters part of the rooms because it doesn't help with the noise that I can hear beds creaking and people walking or even talking at 1am. Also the quiet time notices need to be more frequent because during the weekends people outside or even in the hallways that are either residents or their friends need to realize it's 1 or 2 am and people need sleep. Also the cleaning crew in the mornings with their vacuuming keep waking me up at 7 or 8am when I don't work till 2 in the afternoon until 10 30 at night. Believe it or not people like to sleep in. Speaking of that we need more paintings or stuff on the walls so the halls don't echo so much. All in all I love the spacing I've been given in my place but the noise complaints that I've been giving out seem to be ignored. Would live here again but I would have a shorter lease.
|Recommended: YesI would recommend this property to anyone — I was some of the first tenants to move into the Parkside in July of 2015 and i enjoy it. The staff is professional and helpful. They make the residents top priority. If you have any issues and let them know they will address them quickly. They are fair and want everyone to be happy to call this building home.
