|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here for almost 5 years and I love my place. All of the staff is so kind and friendly. Aaron has been an amazing new manager. Stephanie and Ciara are so helpful and friendly. I love my view of the park and my neighbors are so friendly.

|Recommended: NoI have never lived somewhere that made you feel so hopeless — After almost three years of never being late on rent When we asked for help due to a resident first threatening us, management had left us to fend for ourselves. I have been begging them for help. High torn over on management, no one ever in the office on this property, elevator is constantly broken down, but what was the last thing or sanity could handle was living in fear for almost two months now... god help this place...

|Recommended: NoThe elevator in the building is 11 years old and has consistent breaking down issues. I have documentation of it from 11 2023 to 2 2025 alone.
On approximately 1 24 2025 the elevator broke down and was not working again till 2 12 2025. This left all disabled and elderly residents stranded or declined quality of life.
I am on the second floor, I am disabled, and live with daily chronic pain. I informed management on 1 19 2025 i could no longer take it physically or mentally on the second floor due to the constant elevator failures. I am terrified of breaking my back or neck on the stairs due to the numbness I get in my legs. I am terrified of being trapped inside it when it breaks down or it breaks and falls as it is going up. I am terrified to continue using the stairs as my health has massively declined my health, progress with my health, and quality of life. I have lumbar radiculopathy, Fibromyalgia, anxiety, and depression.

Whenever I have had an issue, it was taken care of right away.
The restrooms on the main level however are always closed, this is inconvenient. The tv in the gym isn’t working.

|Recommended: YesI love it here. — The good This place is great. The kitchen is amazing, with high-quality cabinets, counters, and appliances. I love the unique layout, the hardwood floors, and the high ceilings. It's in a fantastic location, with the park out back and conveniently located close to all the shopping I need.
The not as good Every footstep of my upstairs neighbor booms through my apartment like a big bass drum. I'm not sure how much space is between my ceiling and their floor, but it's not enough. Also, the shower is small, and the kitchen sink is oddly shallow. Those don't bother me much, but it is a thing that some might take issue with.
If you can tolerate the noise from the neighbors or if you can manage to get on the top floor this place is perfect. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Me and my husband have only been living here for a little under 2 months but so far, it's been great It's really quiet at night and during the day. Always clean And always easy to find a parking spot. The gym is small but has everything you need and the back patio is great.

From the parking, to the building, to my apartment, to the back patio, and so much more, everything is great The staff are very helpful and quick to respond and make our place even better. |Recommended: YesProperty is clean and fresh in-spite of many dogs. — The building smells fresh, the grounds are well kept. Staff works hard to maintain. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly. Parking has not been a problem, open lot with option to purchase a covered spot. The building is modern, with modern appliances and cabinets. The property is fairly quiet, pleasant, located in a nice neighborhood. An outdoor Amphitheater is being built behind the apartment building on the same grounds. So far, I have been satisfied as a new resident of a couple of months.

|Recommended: YesBest place around — Parkside lofts is such a nice complex, the park behind it is great for walking and all the stores and places it’s near is ideal. The building and apartment is updated and cozy.
