|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — It’s very peaceful and clean, the hallways and elevator are always spotless, smell clean and refreshing. Very friendly community and helpful staff. You can enjoy going for a walk and doing some shopping or just sit outside and relax.

|Recommended: YesLove the Inside — Parkside Lofts has its ups and downs, like any place. The parking is pretty bad, I know I get home late, and that's considered out of the ordinary, but there are never any open spots in the parking lot, excluding the abundance of handicap. Which I have come to understand are based on a percentage of total parking and units, which is fine, but only one is used by someone with a legit tag on a regular basis. Still, they have a huge number of open covered spots, if on top of the premium you pay for the apartment you want to pay the additional 30 for parking, I do not. The grounds keeping for the most part are fine, right inside the stairwells there will be spiders, but that's not really their fault, that's just nature. There's little to no noise, both inside or out that you can hear, other than the landscaping for the park, which do start promptly at 8-9am, and go through the entire afternoon, typacally at least till 2pm when I leave. The staff have all been lovely, they always stay down at The Club. So they are close if you need help quick. Overall its a fine place .

|Recommended: YesI have always been impressed by the Parkside Lofts team. I was told to live here by a previous resident and i have NOT been disappointed whatsoever. The apartments are gorgeous, but where PSL really shines is their employees. Specifically Jameina. Never have I ever had such a seamless and easy application move in process. Jameina made sure everything was ready and crossed all t's and dotted all i's.
I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends.

|Recommended: YesManagement is great Laura is awesome — Parkside management has been ultra - responsive. This is especially impressive during Covid-19. I really appreciate their assistance and communication with everything even after our building was struck by lightning.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I've lived at Parkside for almost a year and have thoroughly enjoyed it. all of the staff are so nice and very responsive to questions and concerns. The entire facility is very well kept and clean. the building is very secure and I always feel safe. There is so much to do in the area and the staff are constantly planning fun events for the residents.

|Recommended: YesGreat overall — There's a great park right behind, but there are also many many dogs that live in this building. On my floor there is nonstop barking that echoes throughout the hallway. They don't seem to upkeep the gym because they haven't noticed that one of the treadmills hasn't been working for sometime now. Other than that, the staff is nice, they like to bring the community together by hosting activities once in a while, and it's a clean facility.
